Amy Louise Allen is a Christ-Cenertered driven health coach, speaker, and founder of Health Style Studio Coaching, a 13-week Christ-centered wellness program that empowers women to love themselves healthy—spirit, soul, and body. With a background in personal training and a deep love for God's Word, Amy integrates Biblical truth with practical health strategies to help women break free from unhealthy cycles, renew their minds, and walk boldly in freedom.

Her holistic approach combines spiritual growth, mindset transformation, nutritional guidance, and physical movement—anchored in what she calls “Kind Accountability.” Each client journey is marked by encouragement, truth, and personalized coaching that reflects the love of Christ.

Through devotionals, small group coaching, and teaching materials, Amy helps women identify their unique Health Style and pursue wellness with purpose. Her signature phrase, “Love Yourself Healthy,” reflects the heart of her mission: to help women honor their God-given bodies and experience transformation from the inside out.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her studying scripture, enjoying time with her horses, or designing tools that blend faith with fitness.
